Hello and welcome to CraftyMutt's place of stuff I have made for me, my friends and as commission or to sell!
I am also on Deviantart as Opiel16 if you have met me before, and I intend to continue to post on that account but will now allow it more freedom to be random doodles and little crafty things as well as some shots of finished items, whereas I will reserve this CraftyMutt name for CraftyMutt's Cute and Geeky Knit, Crochet and Craft images.
Seeing as I've only just made this arrangement there are quite a lot of the types of images I will tend to only post here on Opiel16 from the past few months, but that kind of thing will happen more frequently here now although I intend to leave old images where they are for the people who have linked and favourited them, and I don't want to make too many duplicate images.
To put it simply I am an experimental crafter, I will start off with an idea and see how I can implement it. This often involves using slightly unusual materials, some of the less common methods and a lot of random inspiration! Recent developments involve me getting hold of some pretty patterned material which I want to use for linings in stuff. Probably drawstring pouches and purses. Also perhaps as patches on characters who need patches.
Every item you see uploaded will have been made by me, a large percentage designed and made up as I go along by me, and sold in either shop or straight to a commissioning customer. Quite a few might just be things I knitted because I love them and want them, but almost everything I post that has already be sold can be replicated and bought if you really like it. A few things such as personal patterns or patterns I made up and have no clue what I did any more I might have to turn down but I try my best to make anything you could possibly ask for ^_^
My dream is to make as many different and unusual knit, crochet and otherwise soft-craft creatures and items as possible, from knitted Schrödinger to hand sewn Mr Flibble.

CraftyMutt Will Be In Use Soon

I'm having a huge overhall in how I run stuff, I'm a fairly new internet seller of knit, crochet and craft type things, mostly cute and geeky style stuff and I love making custom orders because that's when I get really challeneged
Basically what I'm doing is restructuring my online presence, I have a deviantart account as Opiel16 which I use to post random images of all sorts of knitty crafty stuff, and I've decided I want to make a separate account, using my CraftyMutt name which I am selling and blogging under, in which I will keep the serious stuff, as in the proper pictures of things I have made to order or to sell. The other account can then breathe a little, and I'll not feel bad if I want to post personal art and half made projects I'm really excited about because this name will be used for me to direct people who only want to check out my knitting and current work, whereas the other one I will direct people who want to see more random doodles and knitty failures that I just wanted to post ^_^
So while I'm getting myself together (which may take the day, or the whole weekend) here are my basic links;
